GIVA, one of India’s leading D2C fine jewellery brands, has rewarded 14 exceptional Store Managers across the country through its annual ‘Rising Star’ initiative. These managers were recognized for either doubling their March–May 2025 turnover compared to the same period in 2024 or for achieving key Rising Star milestones at newly launched stores during that period. The car-gifting ceremony was both a gesture of appreciation and a testament to GIVA’s people-first approach.
Speaking at the celebration, Adityaa Labroo, Co-Founder of GIVA, said: “At GIVA, growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people. Initiatives like the Rising Star program celebrate the individuals who power our journey, reminding us that people are the true foundation of business success.”
Founded in 2019, GIVA is a premium jewellery brand with a vision to make authentic, elegant fine jewellery accessible across India. In a short span, it has grown rapidly to become one of the country’s leading silver jewellery brands. Amid frequent headlines about toxic work cultures, initiatives like GIVA’s are rare in India. The last notable example was in 2024, when a Chennai-based firm gifted 28 cars and 29 bikes to employees to boost morale and productivity.
