Anita Bhatia has joined Shipsy as Vice President – People Success. Shipsy, a Gartner-recognized global provider of AI-powered SaaS logistics management solutions. She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Anita previously served as Director – People & Culture at Aristocrat and brings over two decades of expertise across Business Partnering, Organization Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Diversity & Inclusion. She has held key HR leadership roles at leading organizations such as British Telecom, American Express, Amdocs, Mastercard, and ET Money. Her experience spans both strategic and operational HR, working closely with regional and global CXO-level leaders in the BFSI and IT/ITES sectors.
Anita began her career with Polaris Software as an Assistant Manager – Human Resources and holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
