Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa has appointed Debanjana Basak as Senior HR and Training Manager.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Human Resources and Training Manager at Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa,” Basak shared on LinkedIn.
Prior to joining Clarks Exotica, Basak was a part of Sarovar Hotels for over 3 years. She became a part of the company in September 2022 as Assistant Training Manager.
In October 2023, Basak was promoted to Training Manager at Sarovar Hotels. This was followed by her ascension to Human Resources Manager in April 2025.
From October 2021 to August 2022, Basak was affiliated with the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) as a part of the Food and Beverage Service Faculty. She was also associated with Pass Code Hospitality from May 2019 to October 2021 as Food & Beverage Executive.
In the past, Basak was also a part of Café Mezzuna, serving as a Team Leader from March 2016 to May 2019. Additionally, she was associated with Hyatt Regency Kolkata from July 2014 to March 2016 as a Guest Services Associate.
