Adeline brings over a decade of HR expertise spanning talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, head-hunting, HRIS, induction, training, policy design, performance management, and HR projects. Her career includes key roles at Tech Mahindra, CBRE, Schneider Electric, BSH Home Appliances India, and Bosch. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore Institute of Management, adding strong academic credentials to her extensive experience.
