EXL, a global data and AI firm, has appointed Abhijeet Srivastava as Director – Organizational Change Management. In this role, he will collaborate with business leaders and clients to design and implement structured change strategies that deliver impactful transformation outcomes.

Prior to this appointment, Abhijeet took an eight-month career break to pursue his PhD. Over his more than two-decade-long career, he has worked with leading organizations such as GAIN Credit, PwC India, Actyv.ai®, UiPath, Novartis, PropTiger.com, Agilent Technologies, Keysight Technologies, American Express, Devyani International Limited, and previously with EXL, building a strong foundation in people and organizational consulting.
