Ashita Jain has joined DP World’s Mundra International Container Terminal (MICT) as Director – People Business Partner. Prior to this, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at WadzPay, a leading digital payment platform, where she was responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals across APAC, MENA, and Japan. In this role, she also led global teams in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition for industries including fintech, blockchain, software, and product development.
Ashita brings over two decades of experience in human resources management (HRM) across diverse industries. Over the course of her career, Ashita has also worked with RattanIndia Finance Private Limited and J M Baxi Group, gaining extensive expertise in workforce strategy, digital HR transformation, and cross-regional talent leadership.
Ashita has a strong track record in driving innovative HR interventions and implementing global HR processes, with deep expertise in IT and digitalization. She also has a strong understanding of various facets of HRM, including process optimization, talent development, change management, compensation and benefits, competency mapping, and performance management. She describes herself as a spirited communicator and a people-centric leader who values partnership, ownership, and excellence.
