has appointed Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective September 1, 2025. With over 16 years of experience in people strategy, leadership development, and organisational growth, he will now lead the People & Culture initiatives at Page Industries, focusing on strengthening workforce management and driving business efficiency.
Before this appointment, he was Chief People Officer at CaratLane Trading Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Titan Company Ltd.). Earlier at Titan, he led the Corporate HR Business Partnering team, spearheading large-scale people transformation and change initiatives. He also headed the Leadership Development vertical, where he designed and delivered leadership programs and was instrumental in shaping the company’s leadership development architecture. Academically, Benjamin is an engineer from Anna University and holds a PGDM from XLRI Jamshedpur. His leadership is expected to further accelerate the company’s people-centric growth and drive organizational transformation.
