ReNew appoints Swati Mor as Head of HR for Key Verticals

Swati Mor has stepped into the role of Head – HR for Solar & Wind EPC, Asset Management, New Businesses & Corporate Excellence at ReNew. She confirmed her appointment in a LinkedIn post, saying:

“A year ago, I started my journey with Ecom Express. What started as a role quickly became a transformative experience—one that reminded me every single day of the power of grit, the importance of keeping the team together, and the value of staying close to our customers. I carry with me not just the lessons learned, but also the strength and resilience I gained from working alongside thousands of colleagues who inspired me in countless ways. For that, I will always remain grateful! As I turn the page, I’m truly excited to begin my next chapter with ReNew, in the clean energy space. With gratitude for the past and hope for the future, I look forward to the journey ahead. Happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head-HR – Solar & Wind EPC| Asset Management| New Businesses & Corporate Excellence at ReNew!”

Swati brings over 17 years of cross-industry experience across logistics, digital, telecom, FMCG, and media. Before joining ReNew, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Ecom Express Limited, where she led HR for a workforce of more than 55,000 employees and associates.

Earlier, at Bharti Airtel, she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy for the technology, digital, and network businesses during a critical transformation phase. She was also associated with HT Media as Senior Manager – Organisation Development from June 2010 to March 2012. An alumna of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Swati began her career with Britannia Industries as Manager – HR from 2008 to 2010.
