Narane Gundabathula has taken on the role of Director – APAC People at Storable India. In his new role at Storable, Narane will head People Operations across APAC, leveraging his strategic vision, problem-solving approach, and HR tech expertise to enhance the global Storrior experience and align talent strategies with business growth.
Narane brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across India and the APAC region, with strong expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and fostering high-performing cultures. He has hands-on experience in HR practices, audits, mergers and acquisitions, de-mergers and spin-offs, HR transformation, outsourcing, contract staffing, resource management, and business transformation. He is also well-versed in HR tools such as Workday, Taleo, and SuccessFactors, with proven expertise in building and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to this appointment, Narane served as Executive Manager – HR & TA at Hexagon R&D India. Earlier, as Global HR & TA Ops Leader at Darwinbox, he oversaw HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and shared services across eight countries, including India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, UAE, Philippines, and the USA. In this role, he managed onboarding, payroll, employee experience, and global HR operations, leading teams across 15 locations.
He has also held leadership positions at CDK Global, Thomson Reuters, Butler Aerospace & Defense, and other organizations.
